Project
This project helps businesses identify situations that require careful deliberation before making a decision, while identifying the attributes of decision alternatives. The project also includes an analysis of the decision with a causal map, taking into account two uncontrollable influences, as well as analyzing source data to identify and list biases and building a plan for addressing these biases.
