Leading organizational change

This project focuses on developing a plan to apply change leadership skills and anticipate change. The project also involves the development of an agenda for change, as well as the facilitation and implementation of change while overcoming resistance by using recommended change management models. This project showcases the effective strategies and skills needed to lead and manage change within an organization.
